Technical Eligibility Criteria for Selecting Registered Contractors: Indian Housing Project

Notice for final technical eligibility evaluation criteria for the selection of registered contractors for 55 estates under Indian Housing Project Phase 4, Package 2 and Package 3 at Plantation Areas Funded By Government Of India.

1. Qualification : Must be registered with a District Secretariat or the Construction Industry Development Authority (CIDA).

2. Submission Deadline:  Completed application  along with supporting documents, photographs, and the Estate Preference Sheet  must be signed and submited by registered post or delivered by hand during office hours to the one of below mentioned address on or  before March 6, 2026, at 1600hrs.

Applicants may submit their documents to any of the following institutes:

4. 4. State Engineering Corporation of Sri Lanka (Colombo): Deputy General Manager (Consultancy), No. 130, W.A.D. Ramanayake Mawatha, Colombo 02.
5. 5. State Engineering Corporation of Sri Lanka Project Office (Kandy): Project Head, No. 34/1, Heerassagala Road, Mulgampola, Kandy.
6. 6. State Engineering Corporation of Sri Lanka Project Office (Diyathalawa): Project Manager, “Renuka”, Rathpaha, Kahagolla, Diyathalawa.
